Logo Design

You shouldn't have a problem with the copyright with anyone (student or professsional) doing your logo. Any decent designer will create the logo for you and hand over all rights when the project is completed.0

For information: we print t-shirts etc and if we do the design work for people then we do not charge providing all screenprinting is done through us. If the design is used elsewhere in our field then we would charge approx £25 per hour worked on design to buy it back. We are happy for people to use it for stationery/web etc.
If you are looking to use your design on garments (printed/embroidered) then please seek advice first as web designers often do not understand our design limitations and this causes customers no end of hassle/expense.

my designs dont look like a 2 year old has done them LOL!!! I HATE clip art and templates and illustrate myself any images i need. i have designed logos for small companies who are starting out and huge worldwide companies! and I give them all the same care and attention - but you have to price to suit your client, or you wont get the work or make any money - common business sense, surley!!!:p0

hello I'm a designer
I've done a few jobs for people on here when I was starting out freelance a few years ago. I'm not on here so much now though.
What I normally do is charge £100 for 4 designs to work out what direction the client wants then I will amend until its right with no extra costs. Now I know people don't have much cash to spare at the moment so I am flexible when I don't have much on but I do still need to earn money like everyone else. So I'm surprised people are willing to create logos for £20, it's not a great career move to be recommended for being cheap.
You get what you pay for, yeah students do it for free but they don't have any industry experience and don't design with cost effectiveness in mind! So you could end up with a fantastic free logo that costs a small fortune to print...
And before anyone accuses me of advertising I'm not, I've just popped on for advice on my tax return and noticed this thread.

Which huge worldwide companies were these then?0 -
If you're still looking, I could do it free of charge as I'm looking for work to go in my portfolio.
PM me for more information if you're interested.0
