I'm alright thanks... what's happening right now is I'm on Job Seekers Allowance (as of this week, provided they accept my claim) because of complete failure to find anything! I've got a few applications still to hear about at the mo though so keep your fingers crossed for me!
I am supposed to be busy building my website but never quite summon up the motivationI've got an exhibition in Newcastle for the whole of November so I need the site up and running and looking fab by then... dunno how I'll manage if I actually do land a full time job in the meantime! :rotfl:
I'd love to stay and chat but I'm off to a friend's house for the evening... nice to have a bit of time away from the computer lol.

OK someone has a life I see... :rotfl:
Hope something turns up in the job front but more importantly, someone needs to start preparing for November  I look forward to reading updates of days and nights working hard over the pc - and no sneeking on here- to finish the website!
Wish I could go to the exhibition kath, I am sure it will be amazing :TLeason learnt :beer:0 -

Well I've just done my annual budget malarky type thing!
Makes for some scary reading!
The good news is I paid £10,707.38 towards my debts. It's a slightly lower figure than this coz in the early stages I bought some clothes from a catalogue and include the payments in that!
Thats it for the good news! :rotfl:
My car has cost me £2,423.63 for the last 12 months! This includes, insurance, MOT, tax, maintenance, petrol, parking. All that sort of stuff. Thats not too bad as I use my car to get to work.
Toiletries was £221.98 which is about £18.50 a month! Although I've got a load of BOGOF stuff to see me good for a few months! Didn't think it would be that high!
Hair cuts! :rotfl: A total of £152 or £12.60 a month! Not bad seeing as though I get it cut fortnightly! Am leaving it every 3 weeks from now on!
Hobbies and social money, £1,306.02!Just under £110 a month! I'm not too disappointed in this to be honest. This includes me footy twice a week, fishing and boozing (about twice a year :rotfl: ). Will look to get this under £100 this 'financial year'!
The biggest one I underestimated was things like birthdays and Xmas. I've got it labelled as occasions which includes things like leaving presents  , sponsorship that sort of rubbish! £471.22. Or £40 a month! Was suprised it was that much!
Then there's various other crap which I can't be bothered to post or am keeping hidden for risk of a flaming (ie monile bill)

mines going to be about £70 this month and i know ive got to cut it back cos in all honesty it really should be £12.50 a month, think i might start leaving mine at home soon just to cut downSavings Total so far for 2023: £8,062.580 -
southernscouser wrote:You know what? I've decided to go for the 6 months car tax and pay an extra £70 to my Egg card.
Also next pay packet will include an extremely rare bit of overtime which will be more than what my remaining balance will be, so that means my Egg card will be cleared! :j :j :j0
