Is this suspicious or just odd?

If a seller has the incorrect email address on their ebay listing and the email address cannot be added to their paypal account, the seller needs to send a request for payment directly from their paypal account.
They need to make sure that they request the money for an ebay item, put in the amount, requested, including the eBay ID that sold the item, and the item number.
As long as the seller completes the request this way the buyer will receive full paypal buyer protection

Nothing about her account is suspicious, just her current behaviour!
I don't think she knows how to use Paypal if there's a problem. I now have 2 unsuccessful attempts to pay, so that's the money gone twice from my account, with a 10 day wait to get it back. I have no confidence that she actually knows her registered email address, so I'm reluctant to try sending again. I have now contacted her to suggest sending a cheque.0 -

A Seller who cannot use paypal correctly, who sends a mutual cancellation 'by mistake', I think you would be mad to offer to send a cheque now.
What if she forgets how to stamp the item correctly, or forgets to post it...I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I know you're right soolin; I just really wanted the item!
It's been such a pain that I think she should probably lose her 100% feedback. What would you do now? I don't really want to do a mutual cancellation.0 -

I thought you had already refused the mutual, she can't reopen it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You have escaped already.
If she has done a mutual and you have declined it she has nowhere else to go, she cna no longer open any form of NPB on you, yet you are free to leave her a neg (if you want of course, you don't have to) and report her as a non performing seller. It isn't your problems that she appears to be unable to sort her self out and deal with this for you.
Most selelrs would have been beside them self at being so daft as to make all these mistakes, I'm sure some would even have compensated you in some way, maybe offered you reduced p and p or something to make up for the inconvenience of having paid twice and had to wait for a refund.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for your help again. I think she is in a tizz about being so daft, but hasn't offered anything except increasing panic.0 -
Don't shout at me (soolin).
Apologetic email from seller, who has belatedly realised what the problem is, and has definitely sorted it, so please will I pay now through Ebay.
You have of course guessed - unclaimed payment with wrong email address AGAIN.
I don't want the item that much.0
