It looks like all the passes are sold out now.

I booked one yesterday but didn't receive an email confirmation so just called lastminute and they said they have no record of the booking and tickets are all sold out now. Has anyone else had this? So angry as the website said to wait 24hrs before calling them to check the booking but now too late to rebook.

I don't suppose anyone has a booking they don't want?

    Cheers,

    Happi

I managed to get my annual child voucher and had to select a date of next thursday. However does this mean i have to go next Thursday now with my child? Or can i go next Friday too?

I went today to get the child passes and had a 2 for 1 adult voucher. I was able to upgrade 1 of the adult tickets to an annual pass, as they took off the entry price paid. Although the park opened at 10am, the ticket booths opened at about 9.20am and we had to go to guest services inside the gate with our last minute vouchers and they then gave us annual ticket receipts. We then had to go through the turnstiles and to annual passholders office to the right of this. We had to fill in an annual pass form and they took photos and issued annual passes. When we left the building, although they had full staff on doing passes, the queue was out the door (and this was on a day it was really raining hard). I would advise anyone using this deal to get to the park for about 9.30am or you will be stuck in queues, getting the passes at weekends. The park was really quite empty due to the bad weather, so we got everything done very quickly, with hardly any queues. I would head for the new laser shooting ride first (as it had an hours wait when we were leaving), then the driving and boating schools and the adventure land roller coaster-as these were the busiest.

    Hi,

Can you please clarify this a little bit more. Did you have to pay (71-36) £35 to upgrade to one full Adult Pass???

Does that not mean that you could take one person with you totally free of cost with one full paying adult and then you converted it to full adult pass?

As I am struggling to find cheap 2 adult passes, I might try this to end up paying £71 for one adult pass and entry for two people for first visit with 2for1 voucher.

    Please confirm

    Thanks

Yes I paid £91 for my first visit, but for that got 2 annual children's passses (2x £10 last minute.com children's annual passes) and 1 adult one, by upgrading my 2 for 1 entry on the day (and one day adult entry).I am going to use my mothers Tesco vouchers club deals (£18) theme park vouchers to get another adult annual pass when we go again. It may be worth checking with family if anyone has these club card vouchers or I do remember someone saying you can get club card deals vouchers off ebay.
