Forgot to say. There are way better restaurants in Liverpool but not all of them are in the city centre. You should try Aigburth - Lark Lane.Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'

Don't recommend Sapporo Teppanyaki. For a show it's great but food it's appalling.
...only Nando's hits my taste buds. But you can just go around the corner.
.
Well, I think that explains why you don't like the Duke Street restaurants!! Nandos tastes of grease and Piri Piri sauce. It's possibly the cheapest, nastiest way you can eat chicken. Apart from KFC, which is really only fit to feed to dogs.:rotfl:If at first you don't succeed, then sky-diving isn't for you

Nothing is wrong with piri piri sauce. I don't like KFC too. LOL.
As for grease on Nando's? Your an odd one. It's grilled.
I bet you know or own the duke street hell whole.
Why would you want to feed dogs chicken wings?Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'

Do you know Vince Margiotta (Owner)? Antonio Cardeira (General Manager)? Enid Foo (Head Waitress)? of this no so called franchise?
Jo to be honest. Everyone has their own opinion. Accept it. Some people like tesco value and some people like will buy finest. But nothing is everyone's taste.
At the end of the day. No one is right. The person above might just hate all the restaurant's we mention. An individual is an individual. Otherwise in this world there will not be a variety of things in life!Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'

Yup - that was the point I was making. Someone who likes Nandos is unlikely to like the kind of food the Duke St restaurants (and a number of other good places in Liverpool) serves. You're entitled to like Nandos. I happen to know a lot more about their supply chain than I want to, and wouldn't touch their food with a very long stick. I'm entitled to voice a different view to you - just as you are.
Best

oh well, suppose we will be going to ASK then ......
Can't believe I have only just seen your post - I hope you found somewhere nice to eat there are plenty of choices - Some would recommend 60 Hope Street as a more expensive place but I like all the new ones in Liverpool One especially a lovely place called the YeeRah - its absolutely delicious and the platters are to die for especially if you want a little taste of everything. x2008 wins - Mobile Big Snap II, Perona Bottle Opener
2009 win - Cadburys Chocolate Pack, Monopoly Deal cards, So Fragrance Lipgloss. 5 x Galaxy books, 5 x Mars Footballs, 1 x Cricket Ball

Oh yes - totally forgot no 60!! It's amazing, although pricey, but you can see if they are doing a pre-theatre/other offer - they are much cheaper. Never been to the Yee Rah - where's that?

Jo to be honest. Everyone has their own opinion. Gosh, really? Accept it. Didn't look to me like she hadn't accepted it? Some people like tesco value and some people like will buy finest. But nothing is everyone's taste. Not sure which branch of English this is but can't quite grasp your intended meaning.

As you say, all entitled to their own opinion, that's the value of these forums, the OP can read it ALL and make up their own mind. :T0 -
Everyone has an opinion. Wonder what restaurant she chose? LOL.
60 Hope Street got hammered by G. Ramsay. He went in and said it wise a pile of sh. I went their with a group of friend for a birthday bash and the food wasn't up to much. But we did have a table of 16 people.
Platters are great there though. Did'nt like the main meals though. Hilarious thing happened when the waiter told us the specials of the night. One of the couples were chinese and he told them that the menu had 'beef black been in soy sauce'. He shouted back that they were taking the p and that he go home and make it! LOL.
But all have their own opinions. To be honest don't really care where the chicken comes from for Nando's. Not being funny I believe the supply chain will be no different than KFC. My colleague has a chicken breast which has two wings stuck on it! LOL. But for cheapness I am happy.Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'
