    Hi,

Kids went back last Wednesday so 1 week down already.

He said the other kids were gobsmacked at the sandwich (seems the 4 inches of bread made 1 sandwich not 2). Asked if he'd at least cut it in half and the look of complete revalation that that may have helped was worth seeing. So approx 96 cubic inches of sandwich with a sliver of chicken and tomato (he doesn't go large on the fillings) and a half pound of butter...hmmm. He's over 5'10" now and built like the proverbial brick ****house.

I got him a copy of the OU course on Managing Your Money and he's doing that instead of French. He seems to be coping well so may sign him up to the proper course and he can get the Uni Credits - if the headmaster agrees. OU open day in a couple of weeks, pop him along to that to discuss.

Are you counting down the days to peace and quiet?

I'm considering it...but I'll need to buy a new sparkly folder to keep my "Stationery Thread" notes in...doesn't do to rush these things.

    Well office move done :j:j:j

Slight mishap that we put the shelves in one of the new cupboards, closed the doors and they promptly fell off  Looking at them closely the hinges are set just a couple of mm's too far forward so the doors ripped themselves off on the shelves. Call to Viking coming up, to get their workmen back the fit new doors properly this time methinks.

The startionery situation is offically out of control.

MSE folks I have to do it:-
Hi, My Name Is Jenn and I Am a STATIONERYHOLIC (or a STAPLESOPHILE or a SMITHSCOLLECTOR).

I don't think we will ever need another pad or pen as long as I live. Oh the shame. There were over 100 rubbers - and not the ribbed sort either!

Do we need a support thread?
