  • Kadiya - all I can say is, you won't have much competition for those guys! ENJOY!

KJ, all the best on the bucket front. You have to choose something that works for you. If buckets get you doing things, then buckets it must be!

Ok showered and resembling a human again.

I did post a pic of the carnage which went a bit wrong but, as it was close to dinner time for many, probably best it was swallowed by the ether. To be honest I cleaned the fridge freezer and then threw up (not the pic I hasten to add)...but it's done and tomorrow should be easier. Broken the back as they say and then Beanie turned up here late this afternoon. Unfortunately (or fortunately) no-one heard him or I'd be behind bars now.

Did show the ex-trashed flat in PigPen state - told them I was stinky on the phone but they wanted to see there and then - I smelled like a wheelie bin - oops...will be fragrant before tomorrow's viewing :o:o:o

So buckets both literal and metaphorical are being filled. I'll post where I've got to so far this week tomoz. It does make me see where effort is being made and the bits that are received less attention. All comments will be very welcome.

Way to go. Big pat on now very clean back for you.

I dread to think how horrid the fridge was, so lets not even guess how bad the loo was....

Thanks GG. I'm all "Workied Up" to tackle the second bit this afternoon but the appointment for the ex-trashed flat was cancelled  and so ended up doing lots of paperwork instead.

So tomoz...Beanie Flat the sequel and a showing of ex-trashed flat.

Got the first huge batch of accountants paperwork to sign. Good News - well relatively speaking - is we have a £60k loss against the rental business so everything we earn from properties while interest rates stay low is ours tax free...there will be food on the table this month. No idea what tax bills we're facing as I've been PAYE for years and OH has barely drawn a salary and accountant is putting thro my pens conts, gift aid, professional fees and blind allowance for past 3 years so hopefully a wee rebate which would be lovely.

Showed ex-trashed flat this morning and they seemed to love it. Lovely couple so I hope they go for it. There is another application form out there so fingers crossed that one takes it.

Now confession time - Bless me MSE for I have sinned. I'm here prevaricating and procrastinating and avoiding going to Beanie flat. Needs to be done but I so so so don't want to do it, it makes me so sick.

I will finish this cup of tea and just go...I will...almost...sort of. Jeez this is pathetic.
