I actually went to the offices today as I was getting worried when I could not reach them by phone everything was locked up ??? I went next door to a wine bar to ask if there had been any sign of anyone the guy in the wine bar said there was about 14 of them in yesterday for lunch !!!!!!! Which in itself is strange as it wasn't a large company and I can't help but feel it was more like the last supper we are waiting on 2000 pounds worth of euros it's absolutely gut wrenching I phoned the local police not interested as normal but if I was kicking cce door in they would have been there sharpish and nicked me !!! I contacted the bank nothing they can do we gave the money willingly so therefore no joy either it seems no one can help and it angers me that people were still having their money taken as late as Wednesday when surly they knew something was a miss yeh it won't financially ruin us but that's not the point we work bloody hard for our money and there are people on this site that have had their holidays and what should be great times completely ruined I'm gutted and feel gutted for everyone else that has lost money x0

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

Sorry folks, I'm afraid this bad news was posted on the BBC News website yesterdayMoney Box has learned that Crown Currency Exchange has had its bank account frozen by Barclays to protect its creditors. Unlike most retail foreign currency dealers, Crown allowed customers to buy their currency up to a year in advance.
Money Box hears from one listener, Mark from Cumbria, who's still waiting for the holiday Euros he ordered from Crown Currency Exchange. The programme also speaks to Simon Calder, travel editor of the Independent.....................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0 -
