The best stuff is Zaino..........start with Zaino Z7 - show car wash, and follow up with show car polish. Not available in shops as its generally used by professional valeters - its amazing stuff.

Have a look on the detailing world forums and you'll get the best professional advice.

Actually it was a professional detailer that did it for me, full de-swril treatment (because I used to use a sponge, now I know to use a wash mit as said earlier by someone else ;)) plus the right combination of duragloss products to cleanse, the a bonding agent for the sealant that goes on top to help the job last longer.
It was done at no cost to me in exchange for agreeing for photos to be used for promotional purposes ……..

Don’t suppose they want some more promotional pictures of an Audi estate?

It was 2.5 years ago I had the job done. I think the cost is around £250-300 and it is a full days work. The guy is based in the Chertsy area will travel up to about 80 miles for a job.

Two coats of SRP followed by two coats of Colly's 476's lasts me around 6 months...I use ONR every other week inbetween.

I second that. Meguiars and AutoGLYM are going to give you the best wash.
This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

There are quite a few professional detailers who would disagree and these guys have tried nearly everything on the market. That said these products are good, worth using and easily available.
