    Hi everyone. Thanks for the advice richto. I bought a phone on eBay and it was described a new but used but when it arrived it was dirty and scratched. when I emailed the seller he said send it back and ill refund you but that’s £4.99 so I thought na no way im sending this back just wait 90 days and neg him.
