Weird letter from ebay seller

Check this seller response out ............... !!
I bought an item in February. I emailed the seller on Wednesday to ask when she will / had dispatched it. She said, if it didn't arrive by Friday, to get back to her. She went off in other tangents about sending 28 items at once.
I emailed her this
I shall see what does / doesn't turn up tomorrow and let you know. Don't let ebay stress you out. Kind Regards.
The dvd's arrived today (Saturday) by recorded delivery at cost of £1.73 when I paid £5 for special delivery (as per listing).
I emailed her to tell her the DVD's had arrived, but was slightly miffed she advertised special delivery and didn't send them that way.
She replied
"I cant take on the fact that you seem to be often unhappy/disatified about something. You were unhappy that your dvds hadnt arrived, now they have arrived your sense of unhappiness remains. All items were sent first class, you were not in when your postman tried to deliver your dvds, so you were unhappy with him, your morning postman did not have the dvds in his sack, so you were unhappy with him. Your items were sent fully insured and by 1st class, they are as descibed, all your emails have been answered thoroughly, yet you are unhappy. Someone in your life has cheated you or not given you the attention you felt you deserved, please dont try to take it out on me, confront the person who has hurt you and dont bring your anger into my life, kindest regards Rachel.
I have no idea what she is going on about. I don't think I could have been nicer considering the circumtances ! 4 weeks to send DVD's !!
Any advice ? If I neg her, she will no doubt tell lies and neg me back. I have 100% feedback but feel bad not warning her to others about no communcation for 3 1/2 weeks and lying about postage to get more ££££.
I have had good experience on ebay, but is this woman just mad ?

If you give her negative feedback the chances are that she is going to do the same to you but in these circumstances I think I would give her a negative. She has taken far too long to post a DVD, not provided a service that you paid for (Special Delivery) and then sent you an email that certainly isn't justified.

That's what I asked her for ! Well I said I was slightly miffed at the £3 difference, thinking she might offer the money back.
I am glad I didn't cme outright and ask her, I would hate to think what her repsonse would be :eek:****************************0 -

I did get stressed and worried. Even items that were listed as 1st class standard i decided to sent them recorded as i didnt want anything to get lost. One lady who had paid for a oriental top, discontinued and sold out, was supposed to have her item just sent as 1st class, but it didnt arrive. She was frantic, i told her i had decided to send it recorded at the last minute and maybe her postman had forgotten to leave a card. She went to the delivery office and found an illegible signature on the card and the item missing. She was on holiday on the date it was supposedly delivered and her neighbours say they know nothing. Shes very releived that it was sent recorded and insured, but the top is rare and she may not be able to find another one to buy

I think this seller has quite a few issues. You'd be better off moving on IMHO as I don't think you'll ever get the last word

i agree with the others - I had a slightly similar experience - i didn;t leave feedback - not worth it with these type of people - at the end of the day you recieved the goods0

I agree, I wouldn't leave feedback but would certainly make a note never to buy from this seller again. If she gets that stressed on ebay she ought to get it up.

Don't think I would have left a negative anyway - assuming the DVDs are all Ok then neutral would have been the worst but I would agreed with the others - better to do nothing and move on. This person seems to have a few issues.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0
