    No not really as there is no indication as to what is considered excessive.

    The example that ebay give in their help section is for a DVD with post charged at £25, which would be considered excessive, but that's all.

    Just received this from my delightful seller


    I was late sending your dvds because i have loads of stuff in my life that pushes ebay from my mind, this is a past time, not the be all and end all! get a life. You're just a typical moaning Scot.


    I decided not to go ahead a neg her, just wanted to let it lie, but she needs therapy !!

    Personally, I'd like to see more people leaving fruitcakes like this negative feedback. Perhaps the last five people she went craazeeee on didn't bother either - if they had then maybe you'd have been able to give her a VERY wide berth :D lol

    I had a similar experience when a seller emailed me the most profane things because I asked where my parcel was after 2 weeks (two weeks!!).

    You have to laugh at them, though.

    What a total loon! If you don't have time to post stuff you shouldn't sell it! I'm curious how in her incredibly busy life she had time to email such long winded abuse to you.
