Primark have got some toe-post protector thingies in, they're only 65p I think. They're like tights material, and are padded under foot, coming up through the toes, then over the foot either side, sitting under the flip flop straps.

(Dreadful description - i'll try and get a photo to post!) Could only find similar - but gel.

I have the same problem with toe posts but I bought a pair of Animal ones in JD Sports in Gatwick Airport last year and they have padded toe posts - but I cant wear flip flops for a long period of time as they are too flat!!

I have to wear my trainers even in summer - OH has to leave the room when I take them off!! :rotfl:

i live in flip flops once the sun comes out as i really hate having hot feet! i usually buy soft leather ones from new look as they are lovely and comfy but this year the MSE in me won out and i thought i'd try some pretty fabric sequined ones from shoezone and they are amazing! i find the leather ones stretched if they got wet and took a lot of effort to walk in once they got baggy IYSWIM but these havent stretched at all :D
going to buy them in a different colour so i've got spares methinks.
have to say i hated them before i found comfy ones though, i think its all trial and error with flip flops!

Oh, I LOVE toe posts :) I would live in my Havianas if I could but they're too casual for work so I have a variety of dressier leather ones too. My zebra print pony skin ones from Faith are my absolute favourites because they go with just about everything and are so comfy.
