Got the Magic - excellent phone. It doesn't do bluetooth data transfer but you certainly can forward text messages as I have done it myself.

Also it is possible to turn off data syncing to save battery and data usage.

Loads of apps available, good call quality, very sensitive touchscreen. I recommend it.

Got the Magic on the weekend, and its a great phone, would reccomend it to anyone!

Loftus, how did you forward the texts? I cant find a way of doing it at all

So it doesnt work with say tomtom? are you sure??

I'm pretty sure it will pair up for handsfree, but obviously not for data transfer ie traffic updates etc.

It wont and cannot pair up with a Nokia bluetooth car kit as the Magic does not have bluetooth voice activation to be able to use this while driving which is a shame and a mistake by Voda who would of told HTC what spec's they wanted on the phone.:(

    Hey there :hello:

You can forward texts , this is how you do it.....

Go to the text thread then you know there are each individual texts on there , place and hold your finger on the text message you want to forward and a screen will pop up to forward it.

Slightly hidden i know , So just go in the thread your message is in and long click

    HTH

PM me if you need any more help!! :D

    CLLC :p

Have you tried asking Voda as you would get the answer from the horses mouth rather than hear say.:)

Well I reckon there will be one eventually, and tbh voda probably wont know as the android community will develop it rather than a voda team.
Please support my thanks button if I have been of any help
