CCA card before april 2007

So with so many settlements of your own arent there any you can do before april 2007 ?

I have had these cards since 2005, I have made minimum payments and on several occasions more.
So many times I rang and wrote asking for help such as lower interest rates, payment plans etc. But I had no response.
So if now I know there is a flaw in their agreement then why shouldnt I ? They have only been interested in getting their money back and not even offered so much as a leaflet on debt advise etc when I asked for help.
So no I hope they do what they have always done and not respond so that my debt is unenforceble.

Most of my defaults are for mobile phones so not sure if its the same thing with the cca

Some of the companies that advertise to clear your debt with fees or no fees etc, did have mobile phones listed aswell.. but im not 100% sure
