Why would that be? If you've read that somewhere then I'd go and ask there. Asking for your agreement doesn't mean you are being reviewed so why would they put your debt on hold?

I think you need to be a bit clearer as to what you are wanting here.

Make all min payments untill you have managed to get the debt wiped, if it will be wiped

    Ok thanks,

I am paying all debts through direct debit with the little extra so I wont be cancelling or changing any till then.

Isnt there a second letter that I am supposed to send to the card companies at some stage ?

Check if my credit cards are enforceable or not as they were prior to april 2007.

    Hi Duggie,

Thanks for that.. thats what i was asking for in regards to the second letter and when I should send that.
According to the second letter it also notes that as they have failed to send any information the account is now unenforceble by law.
I shall wait until Friday which makes it 19 days (15 days including bank holiday) before I send the letter.

Yip leave it till Friday to give the post time to arrive and send that off to them but use recorded delivery so you know if they got your letter. Also keep a record of all leters you send if you can

    Thanks Duggie,

I used registered delivery last time, So i kept print outs of the confirmation that they got it, but i will send the next letters recorded so this time they have to sign for it.

Er, they have to sign for registered as well. It just costs you more...
