How to find out when BT broadband contract ends
Comments
-
Hi l have been with bt for about a year and like others only found out that my broadband contract runs out in December, l have had a very poor service with them when l have asked for a email or contract they say they don't send them out. So like others l don't no what to do, l would like a cheaper service am on option 3
If you have been with BT for about a year and your contract is about to expire, ring up to ask for a MAC code to cancel, you will then be offered discount on your package to keep your custom.

Option 3 is the most expensive service -do you actually need the unlimited data? What is your monthly data usage? No free lunch, and no free laptop

Drop me a PM with your BT account details and I'll double check for you just to make sure

Hi - is this information still relevant? I mean the bit about BT not doing rolling contracts on broadband?

I'm paying £24 a month for 6meg broadband from Bt. How can I cahange to plusnet (BT company) or get a better deal from BT. I have been with them since 2007.0

Get your MAC from BT, sign up for Plusnet.
Normally when you ask for your MAC, retentions will offer you a better deal in return for a further minimum term.
The cheap Plusnet deals are only on Market 3 exchanges though. No free lunch, and no free laptop
