I do not like the new portal area. I have told them I want to go back to normal survey invites and got told "we will pass your comments on"
I'll work up to cash out level and then quit.
I think someone said that you can see if surveys are for points if you use your mobile phone to look at the site (not sure if they meant main site or phone app)
Finally, another person with this portal area!!
Have you had any trouble doing the surveys, and have you noticed you get less surveys now?
I have the app, it shows you what the points are. Used to get surveys on there to, but they have stopped doing them!:money::snow_laug:xmassmile:rudolf::santa2:_party_:money:0 -
Another thing to watch with Global Test Market, is that if you do fully complete a survey, you get the points for it, and not a prize draw entry. Over the past few months this has happened to me regularly, their customer service is abysmal, it takes me at least 5 e'mails to get a damned reply from them. I stay with them as they are one of the higher paid survey sites.0

Some of their surveys only reward you in entries to their prize draw. By using the GTM App via iPhone (or other phones if it is available) then you will be able to see, before you complete them, which ones are for prize draw entries and which are for GTM points. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I know Katy, I never do surveys for prize draw entries, only points, and this is happening with the surveys that points should be added.0

Oh gosh - I've never had that! Sorry to hear it and hope you can get them to listen to you
What about taking a screenshot of the beginning of the survey where it tells you the amount (if you're loading from the end of another survey or from an email) and then one at the end where the URL often shows the survey completed number.

I find it very frustrating that although you can get a £25 Amazon voucher for 867 points, you have to cash out a minimum of 1,000, making the actual minimum 1,041 to add an extra £5 Amazon voucher at 174 points. At the moment I'm 73 points short, which as surveys usually pay 30/35 points mean another 3 surveys and I haven't had any for over a week.0

I haven't had any for 2 weeks!!! And when I do, it say's I've already done the survey.
Customer service is useless, they say its my computer's fault/anti virus
Then why the hell it same on different computer? Not that they care.
Could I delete the account and make a new one?:money::snow_laug:xmassmile:rudolf::santa2:_party_:money:0 -
Anyone got any tips for contacting them? I have emailed them about 5 times over the past 3 weeks and had no response at all!0

That is so weird! I feel like I e-mail them once a week about a survey that I haven't been paid for. They usually reply and add the points accordingly. So this is strange... I assume u did it through the website?
To the others, I've had 2 £40 payments in the space of 2 months. So they still pay better that some sites - but, they can be tediously longand it is bloody annoying you can't cash out till over 1000 points
- so all in all they're pretty good, but watch the payments... i've only had a few for stakes, but just don't do them. I've found a good trick is to check their mobile app and then go and do the survey against points and minutes :P

I am LIVID:mad: I have been a member of GTM for years and faithfully do nearly every survey despite being screened out on many. I recently noticed I was not receiving any surveys - tried loggin in- no luck. I contacted the company and was sent a formal note to say they had closed my account and will NOT pay me all the money I accrued in it. they will not give me a reason and will not talk to me. I just want to make people aware of this as it could happen to others so get your money out now. I have lost about £25 and do not know who to complain to as I doubt Financial Services would want to know. Any advice welcome hereCarh:A0
