Is the site working for anyone - I cannot login, and just get redirected to a 404 page. I've also not had a survey in weeks. Have they gone under?0

Logged in today, on my profile page, I clicked on the REWARDS button to make a claim. The login page came up again! This happened several times, just sent in circles. Left a message about this but don't know whether I'll get a reply. Not-so-clever way to stop people claiming rewards.0

My issue was that I was apparently bouncing back emails so they locked my account. I emailed them, they responded with info and unlocked it...all sorted. Added them to safe senders to stop it happening again.0

Exactly the same has happened to me. I can't even get onto the 'help' page. I claimed £30.00 of E-vouchers 2 weeks ago and no sign of them. Unable to look at my account to see what is happening if anything. It is not looking good..............0 -

I have the same problem. When I click on Rewards, it goes to the login page.
Is it working for anyone?
I can't contact support either because when I click on the help center, it also goes to the login page.0 -

I ordered a PayPal reward last Monday without a problem. I've had an email confirmation, but no reward delivered as yet, although it does say 5-10 business days. I've noticed that the website in general is very slow in responding. I hope you get some joy ordering your reward soon.0 -
I was eventually able to log-in and make my claim. And the money was sent to my Paypal account too. So maybe just a temporary glitch with the website.0

I tried it using Chrome and it worked this time. So it seems the error is just with Firefox.
If anyone else has the same problem, try using Chrome.0 -
Came here looking to see if others were having problems with going round in circles when trying to get to the rewards page. I use Firefox so looks like they haven't bothered to fix the problem!0
