PayPal charge fees for receiving sales money for eBay etc. but not for a transfer of funds from one account to another. I have received £3 from Pinecone three times into PayPal, and have not been charged fees.
I am an Accountant. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as an Accountant.

I've received payment for surveys for several years from Lightspeed, Pinecone, Opinion World (very little from OW) and several others as soon as they will pay via PayPal and have never been charged for receiving it. Any charges I've had to pay have been when receiving money for eBay sales or changing currency.

Does anyone use Opinion World? I've found them to be really good, had £20 paid in a couple of months, I've got about £30 ready to be transferred to paypal now but there been a notice on the 'Claim your reward' page for some weeks now, saying they are down for maitenence, tried emailing but no reply

I've just done an Opinion World survey through Pure Profile. This has happened a few times in the past (before the technical problem) - where I've been logged into one survey site and been taken to Opinion World.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

I get surveys from Opinion World regularly but they are never paid surveys, only the usual scratch card and donation to charity.
