so after a week lightspeed are ignoring my emails about why I can't log in.
I guess I clocked up too many points for their liking, that now I'll never get to use.0 -
I have made £30 since May with Toluna, much more than any other company. The trick is to answer survey requests as soon as you can after your invite email has arrived, and also to regularly part-take in their sponsored polls, some of which will pay 150 points just for answering one question. The down-side is the 6 to 8 week wait for vouchers to arrive, but they always do turn up.Flickering_Ember wrote: »Great guide.
From my experience:
Toluna: I make about £40 a year from them and they always pay but are very slow to pay. I'd still recommend them though, despite the overall guide not doing so.
Globaltestmarket: It's slowed down a bit but it's a good site and I enjoy the surveys. I make about £45 a year from them.
Valued Opinions: My favourite. I make about £50 a year from them. I'm currently involved in a long term project for them which will net me an extra £30. They pay out promptly and they offer really good surveys.
Lightspeed: Another good site. I make about £40 a year from them. Easy to understand and you get screened out quickly if you're not suitable for a survey so dont' waste time.
GfK surveys: Not on your list. Long and tedious, a bit repetitive but I've earnt £30 from them in the last year and won another £26. They pay out promptly.
It's Your View/New Vista: It takes a while but I managed to earn the £50 and am already £9 into my next cheque.
Onepoll: Not on your list. Takes a long time to earn the £40 but I have done it once and am not far off doing it again. I also won £100 from one of their survey prize draws so it does happen.
TNS/My Survey: Good. Takes a while to earn but I've earnt nectar points and Amazon vouchers. Admittedly, it's the one I have gained the least from but it's still worth it.
DooYoo: I have earnt well over £100 from it, but have had a lot of problems with very rude staff there because they've refused to honour my last 2 redemptions; a couple of reviews which Amazon accepted, they are saying aren't good enough. I am a Vine reviewer for Amazon, meaning I was actually chosen for my reviewing ability to be sent freebies from Amazon to use and review so I find that laughable. They've also accused me of revenge rating when I dared to give one person's review a "Useful" when he demanded I change it to "very useful" which it wasn't.
Ciao: Don't bother. Literally pennies.
PureProfile: As others have said, infrequent so takes forever to earn the £25. I haven't yet so can't comment on anything else.
Harris Interactive: Once you've accrued 2500 points, you can swap it for £25 to be paid by Paypal. Decent site. Once they failed to pay and never got back to me when I emailed them though.
Home Of Research. Same as Harris Interactive. Exactly the same!!
Songpeople: Good site, really interesting surveys but the Music player doesn't always work. You can earn points and win prizes.0 -
Hi
Has anyone ever ordered a Lakeland voucher from Myvoice; I'm just wondering whether it takes the form of a code in an email, or if it's a paper voucher mailed to you?

Just wanted to let you know about this survey website https://www.talktochange.com I can't remember if I found the link on MSE. I've done a search on MSE but can't find it. Received an email some time ago saying I had won but must admit I was dubious about it and thought probably another scam. But sure enough my I-Pod arrived today was so excited as I'm not that lucky when it comes to competitions. I had only completed about 2-3 surveys before I had won so at least you don't necessary have to complete too many.
At the end of each survey there is one competition question to answer fairly easy to answer as you just give a percentage answer of how many people you think will answer the question correct. The surveys are fairly straight forward and usually take about 10/15 minutes and don't seem to be prying into personal circumstances. One was about TV programs and another about the internet.
Could someone let me know if the link for this survey was on here as I would like to thank the poster and perhaps then I could post on the I WON I WON thread!! :j:j0 -
I've been doing surveys for about a year now but I have stopped getting any from Lightspeed which was one of my faves - I study in Spain for long periods of time has this got something to do with it?
My others faves for any who is interested are Valued Opinions (lots of surveys), Globaltestmarket (again lots of surveys per week) and Toluna (never had a problem with them and get plenty of surveys).0 -
Sorry if this is the wrong place, but I'd like to point people at an online survey system which pays $10 a time. You download a bit of software which they use to record your voice and what's on your computer screen while you visit web sites. Sometimes they ask you do do a general review of the web site, sometimes the site-owners ask you to look at specific areas.
Although the service is based in the USA and pays in dollars via PayPal, the site-owners can specify that they want tests done by UK candidates.
The reason I'm posting this is because I use the service to test UK web sites, so I'm keen that they should build up a bigger pool of UK testers. So I'm a user of the service from the 'other' side, if you see what I mean!
As a new user, I can't post a link
But if you search for usertesting . com and then scroll down there's a link at the bottom right "Get Paid to Be a User Tester"
I hope this is useful to someone.
Thanks!

SurveyFriends
Hey everyone,
This quite new website give a bit less and don't really pay you to take part in market research but you win points with which you can win gifts, vouchers or turn your points into donation for the charities of your choice, which I found great, it changes!
Have a look:

survey friends = you do a survey and get points, these points are used to place bets on upcoming prizes and hoping you are the winner
sounds rubbish to me0
