  • Not sure if I should use this thread or not but does anyone have contact details for MyVoice? I did a focus group for them a while back and got the points added to my account and ordered some vouchers, half turned up and half didn't.

I've tried messaging them a couple of times from their site but they don't seem to be responding, they do normally respond.

Sent them a letter recorded delivery and got a response, thought the info they sent might be useful for other users?

We’ve had a few problems with a recent software upgrade in June and it is possible that there are some errors in voucher reports.

Basically, during our June software upgrade we took your true current points total, and because of an oversight, we added to this the amount of points you had when we last did a major upgrade. Obviously, this overstated many long term members points (quite a lot in some cases) and so when we noticed this error had occurred we obviously took steps to correct it. It was still possible to earn points whilst we did all this but we had to shut down the redemptions process until we had all the right numbers.
The mistake caused some side effects
    - Some members really had over 2000 points and redeemed vouchers but did not receive them because we had to work out exactly what had happened before we could send any out.
    - Some members only had over 2000 points because of the mistake with the points total and so we had to correct their totals to their true amounts. If they had redeemed a voucher whilst the total was too high, then after the correction they saw they had negative points and so we needed to correct this too to ensure they had the right amount of points that they had before.
    - Some members saw that we had made adjustments and wondered why they had points removed from their total – but it was just us correcting the system. No more no less.
The biggest annoyance of course is we had to shut down the system (including the contact form from site) whilst we re-tested everything again.
We’ve now got all the correct information and are individually repairing accounts at which point we’ll turn voucher redemption back on.
If a community member was able to redeem a voucher only because of the mistake with the points total then I’m afraid we won’t be sending those vouchers out – sorry! However we have corrected their totals and added in a small amount to say sorry and to speed them on their way to their next voucher. I realise that it may feel a little disappointing, but all we are doing is correcting a mistake we made.
However, it is right that we apologise to you for the mistake, and this we do unreservedly.
2p off is still 2p off!
  • Just logged into my Lightspeed account and there was a survey. It was one about Weight loss products and I didn't meet the criteria. Trouble was the survey was for 400 points, which would have been great. So instead I got 10 poxy prize draw entries!

I find a lot of the info on the website here are outdated in terms of what the various sites offer, it could really use an update.
A lot of the rewards from the sites seem to have gone down since it was written.

For lightspeedpanel, just search for lightspeedpanel in google and one of your first hits is a registration link that works.
I find that even if I am one of the first to participate in a survey (or so I think), it tells me that the numbers have been reached already any what not. After 2 days with it I got 100 prize draw entries but no points.
  • I've now unregistered with all my survey sites. The only ones im joined onto now are consumer pulse and another one that is for 18-24's only [trend eyes]. No way to sign up to the latter unless from an invite which i received via valued opinions. The former im guaranteed £10 a month or so if im good and do loads of shoppng. And the latter im guaranteed £15 amazon vouchers a month from doing several activities. So if you're 18-24 and you're sent an invite, don't turn it down.
  • Here is a link to sign up for Pinecone if anyone is interested:

    Jenny -

Lightspeed - pays out via Paypal for as little as £1

It's Your View - 50 points = £50 cheque (as far as Im aware)

Ciao - Dont diss Ciao, it may pay low for some surveys but you get a payment at just £5 and you get £1 when one of your referrals completes a survey. I actually quite like them to be honest

Edit to add - Article bookmarked and saved as you do mention some sites I'm not a member on.

It's definitely a good idea keeping track of everything as well.

    Here's my current list -
I agree I like Ciao and also Toluna. So far I have received £78 from Ciao and am nearly ready to cash another £5. Toluna are slow to add points but I have received £32 in vouchers from them.
I am waiting for my first payout from Pureprofile, the £25 should be in my cheque account soon
GFK media are also very good, I usually manage about £5 per month from them.

    Pinecone and the Luncheon Vouchers.

I have a few LV vouchers now (£21), but can I use them all in one go against say Tesco shopping (for EG)?? And does anyone know, that if I were to change to Paypal, would I be charged for accepting the Paypal payment or does Pinecone cover those costs????

Anyone else having trouble logging into lightspeed?
I can't log into the main site (says the account username or password is incorrect), perks rewards site, or digital club site.

If I try the 'forgot password' form, it says the account doesn't exist.

They say they inform you if your account will be closed, but they haven't, so I'm not sure what's going on.
