Glad to hear it. I keep telling myself things will get better too - relatively minor stress but 40 minutes sleep a night with DS teething not helping at all!!

Aww, yep it must be frustrating. Mornings are still a struggle for me just cos I'm naturally lazy, but hoping it'll get easier.

Morning, my head is in a bit of a mess this morning so just ignore me - have to pull myself together somehow because I have so much that I need to sort out, but I can't stop crying.

I might have to go to a meeting with Ryan's school this afternoon - oh my god, I can't go feeling like this. I really need to shake it off somehow.

Have been looking at this - http://www.getbritainschwimming.com/main.php - this morning, obviously you have to buy the water but the participating pool near me is a really nice spa place, definitely have to give that a go!

Have a good day everyone x

:grouphug: Would a bit of yelling and punching pillows help to get it all out?

2.7 miles this morning - blimey it was chilly though!

Aww that would be fab if you've got some spare caps, thankyou - I was going to head off on a hunt for the right water later! Think some swimming would really help my back muscles which are aching a bit at the mo :o

    Right Snags
    You are gorgeous
    You have 2 beautiful Children
    You are an amazing Mum
You will show that stupid Head that he is in the wrong
Look to the future, focus on the good things in life and try to find a positive, i.e. all this with Ryan has brought it all to a head and may mean he finally gets the good education he deserves instead of the half hearted attempt they were giving him...there is a positive in this and you WILL deal with it hun

Now chin up, us woman always come out stronger after a few tears. Big hugs and Mwah xx
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
    Finally Debt Free...
