All still in bed?!

Actually, wish I was, didn't sleep well last night and was awake from around 6.

Off to work in about half an hour for the morning, then will be AQA'ing/ starting to plan the teaching for Saturday and am invigilating from 5.30 tonight for a couple of hours.

Have to say I slept like a log again last night, in fact every night since the marathon I have slept so heavily...anyone with sleep problems should do a marathon that will sort you out

Got work this morning and then mad dash to post office and town before I pick DD up from pre-school.

Have a good day at work BB and everyone else. Will try and get on from work later, depends if Boss comes in though!

Oh and today we should all be looking for the positive in the things we already have and learning the joy of enough. http://greatday.com/

Morning all!

Just a quick post before I rush off to uni. My bank balance is looking a bit better this morning so I might be able to risk another MB and still send that cheque. I'm trying to do at least one a day and tomorrow's already covered so I can take it easy then.

Morning :hello: Not in bed - was up at 6.30 for a run! :eek: What is wrong with me?! :rotfl: Definitely been sleeping better since I started running again so if I can imagine the marathon's had great effects Sally!

Have been looking at this - http://www.getbritainschwimming.com/main.php - this morning, obviously you have to buy the water but the participating pool near me is a really nice spa place, definitely have to give that a go!

Have been awake for hours, DS is teething like mad. He's asleep now though, so in true DFW style I have used the time constructively - I have done our monthly draft budgets up till the end of the year :eek:

Think I'm gonna go put some washing on the line now before he wakes - have a good one evrybody
