I'm logged in and the site wouldn't let me post a reply (neither quick nor advanced) to the thread I was viewing. This is the error message I get:
Your submission could not be processed because you have logged in since the previous page was loaded
Please reload the window.
I tried reloading, several times, no luck each time
This is the thread:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1678269"Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience." Anon.0 -
Please could you supply the information requested earlier in the thread when reporting problems. Otherwise your report does not help me resolve the problem. Thanks
.
Please can I have some more information? I am interested in:
1) When you experienced the problem (what time)?
2) Exactly what were you doing (with links if possible) when you saw the problem?
3) How often did you see this problem? Was it on many threads or very rarely?
4) Did the problem occur straight after you logged in?
5) Was it consistent with every thread you looked at?
6) Was it concsitent with a particular thread?
7) What did you do to make it go away?
8) Is this still a problem?
9) If you clear your cookies does the problem go away?
Basically the more detailed information I get the more likely I am to be able to be able to fix this problem.0 -
I expperienced the problem just now - and came and reported it straight away.
I only noticed it on the thread I mentioned
I tried to post to the thread using both the quick reply and, when that didn't work, the advanced reply - neither worked
The previous thread I posted to worked ok, as did the one after (ie this one)
The problem still exists, I couldn't get to post on the thread that I reported
HTH - and thanks!"Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience." Anon.0 -
