How does this make you any better than the others not offering their seat? Not really a great example for your kids...

On a shorter journey I would be more than happy to offer my seat, but I would be wary of offering it to a seemingly pregnant fat woman, as the offer may cause offense!

I have to agree the women you quoted would be rude for no reason ..

I would certainly would not give up my seat! If I could have the foresight to book, so could she!

I would get up at first instance. I would than perhaps look for another seat or move to first class. If, there are no seats and I cant stand up I would sit of the floor.

Who the hell would go & get themselves pregnant during the current economic climate? What a horrible thing to do - bring a child into this evil world, knowing full well that the human race will be dead by 2012! Some people are just so selfish. It's all me, me, me. Kids, parents & pregnant couples make me sick. Get a life!

Whether she booked ahead or not, it doesnt matter.

Im in disbelief at the utter rudeness of some of the people on here. Digusting. If your not pregnant get the **** up off the seat. She is carrying a BABY in her WOMB idiots.

i would have to agree here, the fact that she is on the train without a pre booked seat means she would have probably have got booked onto it last minute, therefore could not reserve a seat. i would absolutely give up my seat... however, if she had deliberatly not booked a seat as it was cheaper knowing that someone would give up a seat i would not... i guess we just dont know enough about the situation

Not true!

If the comment wasn't applicable to that individual poster, then it's surely applicable to the rest of the lazy inconsiderate carriage who don't have a disability to which the remark would also be broadcast!

Don't tell me that there isn't ONE fit person (with no visible or invisible disability) who can offer their seat in a carriage of 50+ seats!!!!!!
