Top news about the baby Abbie.

Had to come back in from the garden as it was getting too hot sitting out there in the sun!. Second load of washing is almost dry and a third just finishing in the machine.

Jo....you may feel like going home and crying but you haven't and you WILL stay strong for the rest of the day. Hold your head high...crying is allowed when you get home if you want...he will NOT see that though!

Abbie...glad alls well with the baby. Its such an exciting time.

Soappie..you just reminded me I've not hung my washing out yet.

How are you feeling today Toots? Thanks for the kind words.

  • Hi All,

I'm just getting myself involved in MSE forums and I have found this one. I just wanted to check I have it right though - do we all follow the Flylady's plan or create our own? I would love to join you as I'm always so demotivated. Particularly as I spend a lot of time exercising at the moment as I've managed to volunteer myself for a 10kn run  Why, oh, why?!

    Hi Laura

Read the first post which will give you a rough idea of what we do here. Pigpen (HRH) will post a list in the evening for the following day.

The list wont apply to everyone, as you may not have a dining room/kids room/spare room etc. But you can substitute items and amend the list to suit you and your home.

    HTH xx

Welcome Laura...which 10K are you doing? I'm doing the Manchester 10K this coming Sunday.
  • I'm doing one in Warwickshire - it's called the castle to castle between warwick and Kenilworth castle on 7th June. Problem is that it is all up hill!!
I will start this group as on next week (don't like to start things half way through!)
Do I need to look out for the new thread then and subscribe to that? Or does it automatically do it?

Pop an Xmas tree on your post and Pigpen will add you to the list and you'll stay on for next week. Today is day 1 though so no time like the present!!!! Why don't you aim for level one everyday for this week to ease you in gently?

Sounds like a hard run if its all uphill. At least you got a few more weeks to train. Good Luck!
