HHC is a half hour clean (or challenge) Jet, basically do as much as you can in 30 minutes
Most of the abbreviations are on the first post.
Going to make myself a cup of coffee and do some studying - will need good exam vibes again tomorrow morning!

here is my list......
· No toilet seat issues.
· You get ALL the blankets!
· You never get kicked in bed.
· The smelly socks are your very own.
· Nobody drinks the last of the _________ (anything) and puts the empty bottle back in the fridge.
· You can walk around the house in your underwear (or less) without it being considered an "invitation".
· You are the master of your own destiny.
· You can have friends of the opposite sex without creating a jealous partner.
· No snoring annoyance.
· You don't have to check with anyone before going out with your friends (unless it's your sitter).
· You can talk on the phone as long as you want.
· Less likely for someone to notice or comment if you gain a pound or two.
· You can spend your money any way you see fit.
· You choose what groceries you want and what brands and what's for dinner.
· You can spend all the time in the bathroom you want!
· Everything stays exactly where you put it and that's where you'll find it when you go back for it
· Don't feel like listening to loud music or a blaring TV? Great news! You don't have too!
· You'll never have to fight over whether the toilet tissue is to be pulled "over or under".
· You're not on a schedule, there isn't anyone getting in the shower before or after you. There's no rush so, take a few extra minutes to brush your teeth (don't forget your tongue).
· And WOW, you can even "use the bathroom" without closing the door (please, only try this trick at home).
· You can talk to yourself and answer (if you choose to) and no will ever ask who you're talking to or question your sanity.
· All of the closets belong to YOU
· That lasagne you cooked last night and have been anxious to get home to all day will still be in the refrigerator when you get home.
· You have complete and total control over the temperature in your home. Chances are, if you weren't single you'd have to tolerate temperatures that aren't found on a normal thermostat like, 1° Cooler than Hell or 3° below Frost Bite .
· Kick your shoes off wherever you want! Who's going to complain? This rule even applies to undies.
· When you open your front door to walk in or walk out, you're NEVER asked questions that are sometimes rather annoying such as, "Where have you been?" or "Where are you going?" Isn't it obvious that you're going out, when you open the door from the inside anyway?
· You never have to stress your vocal cords by screaming, "Pick up the phone it's for you!"
· You never have to entertain in-laws. Enough said?
· You can sigh with relief when you hear the couple next door fighting and be thankful that you don't have to go through that.
· You can make the decision to paint your walls red, white and blue with green clovers, yellow moons and orange oranges and never have to stop and ask, "What do you think?"
· The bed is ALL yours, either side. Sleep at the top, sleep at the bottom, you can even try sideways. You won't have to worry about losing sleep due to someone's snoring and that dried up drool on the pillowcase, it's just yours!
· Unbroken, a word found in the dictionary under the word single . Single means, unbroken. Unbroken means, not broken. And we all know how the saying goes, "If it's not broken, don't try to fix it."
· We don't have to fight for remote control ownership.
· We don't have to wash their smelly socks and skiddy underwear.
· There are no pairs of shoes left in the middle of the floor to trip over at six in the morning.
· We can lie in the bath for as long as we want.
· We don't put a wash on and then find ten articles of clothing belonging to him lying in heap in the corner of the bedroom.
· We don't have to fake an orgasm.
· We don't have to shave and can turn into yeti’s if we want.
· We don't have to buy and write our own Valentines/birthday/Mother's day cards.
· We don't have anyone saying 'you're not going to wear that, are you?'
· I love not being accountable to anyone - if I want to do something, I just do it!
· I control my finances and if I screw up, it's my fault, not because my man has spent money we need down the pub, bookies, etc.
· I enjoy sleeping in my king size bed and having it all to myself.
· I can be moody without anyone trying to find out if something's wrong! If I don't want to talk - I just won't!
· I have FREEDOM to choose.
· I love it now my pillows are a dribble free zone.
· I love waking up and not hearing the sound of snoring.
· I love going out and not having to say where I've been or what I've been doing and what time I should be back.
· I love going shopping and not having to hide what I've bought in the wardrobe and pretend I've had it ages.
· I love being able to have control over what I spend and where I spend it.
· You can tell him what you really think instead of keeping the peace.
· You can be rude to his family.
· You can eat what YOU want.
· You can join a gym because you want to.
· You can be rude to his boss. (Hmmm I cant actually……they are mine too!)
· I can have my friends over to drink wine and behave outrageously WHENEVER I want
· I don't have to worry about what sort of food to buy because he never liked any of it anyway. Now I can eat whatever, whenever I choose.
· I'm not made to feel like an idiot for sitting on the Internet - I can surf to my hearts content.
· I can spend all night on the phone without having to justify it.
· There's no one to criticise the state of my car!
· There's plenty of space in the wardrobe.
· I don't have to appear interested in his job.
· I no longer spend hours looking excited in computer stores or car showrooms, do not need to admire mobile phones, personal organisers, latest gadgets...
· I don't have to write cards on his behalf for birthdays or Christmas.
· I no longer have to excuse his behaviour - OR MINE!!!
· You can do a smelly fart without being told it's 'unladylike'.
· You are entitled to an opinion!
· You don't have to satisfy yourself while he's in the bath to make up for the fact he couldn't manage to give you an orgasm in the first place.
· You don't have to pretend to like any of the programmes he wanted to watch!
· I don’t have to have weekend’s revolve around sports!
· You don't have to take being called a 'man hater' just because you disagree with what he says (let's face it, they're usually always wrong anyway).
· You can wear the same knickers for two or three days without caring that there might be a 'spontaneous going down' session on the cards.
· You don't have to listen to him hyperventilating every time a Kylie Minogue video appears on MTV.
I did not write them all - they were from the internet......some were too rude to show you!! lol xxSometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

iriedaughter OMG look at the time you were posting - you should be tucked up - (((hugs))) I do worry about you - you will burn out - Glad the op for DS went well and hope he is recovered - pity about the snoring - is there anything they can do (sounds like what i have - sleep apnea) and yes its lovely that DD is walking but thats a nightmare time consumer for you- i wish we had a solution for you- its lovely to see you posting and if you do level 1 you should be proud of yourself.

Toochoosey glad to see you are feeling a bit better.
Justamum thats great news about your MIl - it must be a huge relief for you all but espec Dh and good for him sorting out her options - much more sensible - enjoy your quiet week!!
Rosepink I agree with you - concentrate on the good points of Dh - what does it matter if he leaves an empty cereal packet on the worktop - it will take you seconds to put it in the bin -you are very lucky that he works so hard, cooks well and is so good at looking after you -you need to see beyond his tiny failings- we all have them thats what makes us individuals. Hope the meetings at work go well.
Quillion glad you are getting loads of help - be careful I have my webcam on you!!!:rotfl: and WTG with the reply for Jo's email - brilliant!!!:T
lizzyshep yes you can substitute - the lists are a guide and if you have something more pressing then do it - just be careful not to keep substituting something because you dont like doing it IYSWIM.
Jo I think quillion said it brilliantly - if thats what you want? only you can decide just remember how he has messed you about honey - you can do better than that. Just seen your reply - I know it will be breaking your heart but WELL DONE!!! (((hugs))))
Sunnygirl how scary for you all - wee monkey!!! yes its amazing how quick they can move when they want to - and hey! YOU ARE NOT A BAD MUM! dont even let that thought enter your mind again -it happens time and time again allover the country because LO's are inquisitive and adventurous and dont understand the dangers. You will learn from this and I am sure you will try to make sure it doesnt happen again. ((hugs))) the main thing is she is safe!!!!!
gingernut what a lovely surprise - well that gives you time to do some of your other jobs as well - excellent!!!

Hi everyone :hello:
Just thought I would do a quick post as I have just had my scan, and we saw our baby for the very first timeI am so happy and relieved that everything is as it should be. We saw the heart beating away, and at one point the baby was having a good old wriggle and a bit of a dance; there were legs and arms all over the place! From the scan and all the measurements they did, they have worked out that the due date is December 1st!!! I have got to go and eat but I just wanted to let you all know how it went. Lots of love to you all xxx
:smileyheaFlybaby Due 1st December 2009!:smileyhea0
