Thanks for all the good wishes for the run today. Really nervous now...got butterflies in my stomach. Just had some breakfast and I'm about to get a shower then get going.
Anyway....see you all later.
ETA: Can't belive I'm the first UK person posting this morning...that NEVER happens. Suppose I don't usually get up at this time on a Sunday though!
It is very quiet in here this morning0 -
Morning
Good luck Sunnygirl, we are going on a spring walk with Sunday school this morning. I need to dig out my wellies as it has been rather wet here the last couple of days!Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -

I used to tell myself each year that 'next year I'm definitely not watching again'. Next year would come along and I'd find myself watching it and hating myself for watching it! Last year I managed to watch 1 1/2 songs before switching off. This year I didn't even switch on - so I'm cured :j:j:j
I got so sick of seeing all those same-y looking, unbelievably thin, beautiful women all looking the same, wearing as little as they could get away with, but being unable to actually sing!
Our entries had become more and more cringe-worthy (particularly the Scooch one ). I can't bear to hear this year's entry being screeched on the radio. It's awful. I might see if it's on i-player so I can see how Graham Norton got on (I can fast forward through the actual songs)

Morning all - thought I was safe from stars last night as you'd all be out having fun but no - what good little flyladies you are.
Kaz? Who?
off to update the stars - hope Quillion you are prepared for this star chart maintenance - it's not easy! I wish I'd done a spreadsheet....:o
off out shortly as DS has a football match. As long as he stays off his online game I can get back on.
As I say I have done my best with the stars - apologies for those I have missed but I don't know when and for where Soappie gave them out...
Hex2 and Mummyof5 you have 5 stars - do you need more?
Any flyladies to whom I have given stars - you have had your names in BOLD so that you know I did something! HTHDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Rosepink - weather must be nice up your end of the world for everyone to be going on hols.
I really enjoyed Whitechapel, would definately recommend watching it
Pigpen, hope you are on the mend soon
Valli, I've decided I probably won't get the fridge clean this week, am too tired and stressed as I have an incredibly early start tomorrow (5:30) in order to get to work for 7, to do training in a place I've never been to with people I've never met. So if that counts as being "physically incapable of doing a job" then I've finished the kitchen list but understand if I don't get a star as I haven't actually done the last job on the list IYSWIM
I will however get the bathroom finished as I doubt I will be doing much flying next week and I hate the bathroom not being done regularly
DH is still feeling poorly, not really sure what's up with him, altho he does seem brighter than yesterday. He wants the lappy so I've promised he can have it from 9:30 so I have a bit of a chance to catch up with the thread
Hugs to Irie (I will reply to your PM later), Michelle and Penguin and Toots (come back soon

Not much to do to get my last two stars, but I don't think I'll have time... I need to do some shopping, sort out my CV, do my job application and child-proof the house. I'm not sure what time my friend is arriving, so I'll just have to work my way through it and see how much I get done. At least most of the house is looking OK (although after the muddy walk, mowing and hedge-cutting, I do need to wash the kitchen floor again!)
My dad has left, breakfast is put away, I'm showered, the bathroom is clean and I'm now off to get dressed and hope that the downpour outside lets up enough for me to be able to get to the car without being soaked!
Good luck Sunnygirl...
Oooh... just seen Valli's post - I wonder if anyone will get more than 5 stars this week

Morning All
I've been up fior hours as usual but have stayed away from the computer as my head isn't very good this morning. I went AWOL last night as I started going dizzy everytime I bent down to empty the WM so I ended up eating some tea and then going to bed hence why I don't feel to good this morning I think. Anyway DH has gone to work and won't be back until tomorrow evening but my parents are picking the kids up in half an hour to take them over to see my grandparents for a couple of hours.
So far this morning I've
Done 3 loads of washing
Paired numerous pairs of socks
Washed some dishes
Fed everyone
Half cleared a hotspot
Done some shredding
Recycled a load of paperwork
Hope everyone has a good day

Hi gang,
Just popping in to say hello and let you know why I've been away.
Mr Tag and I separated 11 days ago and I am currently in between homes and everything is all up in the air etc, etc. However, I hope to move into a new house sometime towards the end of this coming week. It's just round the corner from where I am now so no need to up root the children from schools and friends etc.:j I'm fine about it all. TBH I'm looking forward to the me time, the challenge and the head space IYSWIM. We're hoping to work things out but I think it will be a slow process.
So no flying for me for the next few days (though I will be around a bit today) and it'll take a while before I'm back on line in my new place. But back I will be:D
Love to all xxx0 -
Oh no Tag, I'm really sorry to hear that... unless really sorry is not the right response, in which case I'm delighted for you... iyswim!!! (((hugs))) either way.MMSSB Club Founder Member

(((Hugs))) TAG. I hope things work out for the best. You know we're all here if you need us.
My friend has just called to say that her daughter has a tummy bug (she's hoping it's just too many raisins yesterday ), so won't be coming over. Which is probably a good thing really, as it means that I can do my shopping, clear my desk properly and get on with my CV and job applications...
So I've got no excuses now0
