    I went to see a property when i had no funds, no intention of buying at the time.
    I fell in love with it and made the purchase happen, even though it was Grade II* listed and 200 miles from where I lived.

    I think you should see as many properties as you can.

    Actually the house was on the market 10 days. Yes in those 10 days they viewed the house, put their flat on the market and sold it so were able to make an acceptable offer on ours.

    your a bit defensive about the profession most people rate lower than traffic wardens (for a good reason to ) plus were you waiting for me to reply one minuite between posts thats a bit scary

    I know someone who not only went back for a 2nd viewing, but sent a builder around to quote for an extension, all without being even on the market!:eek: (they haven't even offered to date!)
