Is the Xbox coming up with any error codes when trying to connect?

Try powering off router and Xbox. Turn on router and after it's up, turn on the Xbox.

Ran out of other ideas. Sorry.

The router should work with the Xbox.

tried that phantom, but short of kicking it out the window and into the sea at port issac dont know what to do. will look into it in more detail tomorrow.

if any one has that particular router and an xbox 360 please let me know how to set it up,, thanks everyone who has replied to me, appreciated.

Many thanks to all who helped, Finally got it sorted. She had put in the settings for pppoe into the xbox when this wasn't needed and we disabled mac filtering. I am sooooo pleased. all done over the phone!!!!
