Rung twice whilst on school run x

They rang me yesterday and was like "congratulations, you have got through to the second stage of the competition that you entered with your xxxx.com address" so I got all excited and then they tried to get me to change my supply over to them. I was like "no, baby due in 6 days. Not a priority" then the guy got pushy and I said I was not interested and then he hung up on me.

So I didn't win anything!!!! Boooooo to them!

I got one of these emails today also, part of the email suggested "If you used your password for practicalfishkeeping.co.uk for other websites, you should change those passwords."
That may take me quite some time unfortunately.
Can any one confirm that this is a genuine hack???? as the following message appears when trying to access their website "Practical Fishkeeping is currently offline for maintenance and should be back up and running shortly."

Can someone help with a bit of a techy question? I want to transfer my passwords/logins/passcards etc from Roboform Pro on my pc to my laptop, can it be done? I am such a numpty about most things and could do with a shove in the right direction, any ideas? I promise to send you my first born as payment (he's a huge lazy attitude-filled smelly 19 year old but hey he's house trained.......barely) ;)

First of all - save your passwords to a USB stick.
Right Click on the green Roboform icon in the taskbar.
    Options, User Data, Backup.

It takes a minute or so to save.

Insert Usb stick in new PC, and do the same again, but choose
    'Restore'.

I have won a portable DVD p[layer in "Ginsters Are We There Yet".

It was originally despatched to me on 24th November for delivery the following day. It never arrived!!

I understand it was sent back to the sender and they re-sent it on 3rd December for delivery the following day and again it still hasn't arrived.

My address is correct as they have confirmed this to me.

Each time it has been sent via Recorded Delivery although the sender has been unable to supply me with a tracking number.

    What can I do now?

    Thanks

  • Hi,
I'm a newbie to the board but not to comping so kind of get the jist of things. One thing I can't get my head around is the twitter comps?
Can anyone give me a little breakdown as to how you enter these? What do you actually do etc.

    All help greatly appreciated

I tried the postals for a while but never won and stuck to online ones as there free and quickier too ;) I'm sure you'll get a win soon!
