I'd just got home froma BBQ on Sunday night so entered before I went to bed ... I'm normally asleep long before that :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

He did flinch when I put my hand on him, so whether he's had a clout when being caught before we don't know. It's so frustrating because even after all that time we had to tell him he was a good boy for coming to us :mad: Any tips anyone?

Make sure you're not putting him on the lead & going straight home every time - Try an extending lead, call him back, praise & let him go again. If he starts associating the recall with the end of the walk, you'll never get him back!
