Morning all!! It's raining, the house is a mess and we have no toilet paper and I have no tissues. Thank god I got sent some junk mail cruise catalogue last week.
Eagerly staking out the postie cos in this weather he won't be wanting to hang around once he knocks....I am expecting some parcels I've paid for so maybe some prizes too...I hope anyway.

Morning everyone, last day off today, back to the grind tomorrow:o shouldn't complain really as I only work 9 - 2.
I'll be out with the dog shortly, had a dreadful time with him yesterday (little b****r), we let him off for a run and when the time came to leave he would NOT come back. We spent over an hour trying to get him to come to us. OH had his first night shift last night so really needed to get home for a sleep, but that was just not going to happen. We tried treats, pretending to leave without him but nothing worked. Then a friend turned up with her alsation and it chased him round and round and then when we called him he finally laid down and we were able to grab him. He did flinch when I put my hand on him, so whether he's had a clout when being caught before we don't know. It's so frustrating because even after all that time we had to tell him he was a good boy for coming to us  Any tips anyone?Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Morning all.
Feeling carp this morning - bit down and feel like I've got a cold coming - rubbish. So it's lots of fluids and vitamins for me today to see if I can shake it! Getting a Graze Box so that should help! It's raining too which is rubbish and never helps my mood. Tiredness doesn't help either. But it is hump day already so it's nearly the weekend!
Hope training goes better today Barnabysue. No ideas really except keep at it.
Hope we all get some wins today to make up for the terrible weather. xxLife is all about the journey.0 -

do you have a long lunge lead or long piece of washing line you can tie to his collar instead of a lead? He would then feel like he's off lead but you've got the control of him until he gets more confident with you and the recall. Also find something really smelly that he likes as a treat to come back to livercake seems to stink the most and get their attention.Thankyou to all the posters of competitions :beer:0
