Thanks Sally, its going to be tough but hopefully I will get as close to possible as that target. The nhs have offered me a gastric bypass but I want to try and lose it myself first before going in for surgery, the operations dont bother me I just want to know the weight i lost was down to hard work not because i could only eat 1 spoon full of cornflakes a day. x
NNW I take omeprazole and sometimes rennies but they dont fix it all the time.
Yayyyy post lol, night hun x
I agree with you, you appreciate it more if you have worked for something, rather than take the easy way out, and operations do have complications/side effects too, so best to find other ways!
Noname - No need to be embarased, as ginger said you are gorgeous, and you do have a doctor look to you too!!;)
Sort of an intellectual, caring look, although don' think you're gonnabe a medical doctor, or maybe you are!:cool:0 -

ikkle, a blog is a great way to start, i started that too when i was doing my sponsered slim for jdrf, raised a bit and lost 1 stone while doing that, if anyone wants the link to the blog then just ask, not putting it up here as after some comments i stopped doing it

Hope you all have a lucky day today. I won't be around after today till next week and will have to wonder what post there is building up  It's going to drive me nuts.
Not sure what to pack. You can never tell what the weather is going to do so I will probably end up with twice as much as I need.Keep thinking positively
