Thanks Sally, its going to be tough but hopefully I will get as close to possible as that target. The nhs have offered me a gastric bypass but I want to try and lose it myself first before going in for surgery, the operations dont bother me I just want to know the weight i lost was down to hard work not because i could only eat 1 spoon full of cornflakes a day. x

NNW I take omeprazole and sometimes rennies but they dont fix it all the time.

NNW i have never ventured onto knowing how to use face book:o I am a bit of a techno phobe but since joining MSE i've improved a lot.
