I like to make potato salad and have it with lettuce, tomato, spring onions, I always add a tiny amount of vinegar to my lettuce and the yoghurt from my potato salad acts as a dressing. I hate red cabbage though but can eat pickled onions and beets by the jarful and then drink the vinegar from the pickled onions lol, but I am not allowed to do that anymore as I have too much acid on my stomach. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
