YesAlso took precisely 2 minutes from my first 'thankyou for your application' email to approve my account, which I thought was kind of quick for them....0

NoThe last time I requested a transfer into my current account I was told the new balance, but days later got a charge notice saying I'd gone overdrawn and it turned out that in fact the transfer hadn't been done  I disputed this and even provided the name of the nutter I spoke to but they refused to give in until 7 weeks later when they changed their minds after listening to the recording  I had no apology, no letter and the only reason I know they listened to the call is because I phoned up the call centre and insisted on speaking to the supervisor who eventually bled the info out to me.
They no longer have my custom. Oh and the branch staff are very intimidating when asking if you want [STRIKE]more debt[/STRIKE] a loan.

YesI have no complaints, more than happy with my premier direct + regular savings accounts.
The interest for online saver and ISA gets paid yearly, I'd rather have it monthly, that's the only negative thing I can think of.0
