Ok freaking out here.
can't focus on anything cos I am so hot and bothered. need to finish this work and prep for tomorrow. tomorrow is one of many observations I have to gone through and I thought I was ok but I am really not guys. please help I don't how i am going to manage I am just going to mess it up like I alwaysdo.Nevertheless she persisted.0 -

I mess up.
someone sits in at the back and make notes about what you are doing. My pace is always really bad and I nearly always forget some instructions cos I am too busy concentrating on what he is doing at the back of the room.
I can't do it. It always go wrong and if it keeps going wrong I will lose my job.
My results are good - consistently good, and my classes pick to do the subject further up the school. The kids like me my lessons are fine when no one is watching me.
I am so upset.Nevertheless she persisted.0 -

I do well when one boss observes badly with the one tomorrow and the last official one was when I had stitches in my gum and I nearly failed cos I could hardly speak - which is why all this has happened
I absolutely HATE my job.
I could try pretending he is not there and he doesn't matter.

Game it. Plan that lesson out in detail with a checklist with actions and times. You wouldn't do it for a normal lesson, but it's not a normal lesson. Go through that checklist like it's a script. Tick it off as you complete the sections, and keep on the schedule.
