Dont want to jinx myself but..............
31 days have now passed.......
I rang the Insolvency Service (yet again), hoping they would be able to tell me for definate that no appeals have been made, but they were unable to. They did tell me that I probably would have been contacted by now if any creditors had a problem.
Still not going to be jumping for joy for at least another week (time for any letters to come through if they were sent right up to the last min).I used to be Snow White, but I drifted.Mae West

Just checked my credit report, and 3 out of 4 creditors are showing as default!! :T
Just one creditor left (barclaycard), who are still showing my account as satisfactory even though I havent made a payment since March!
Also my overdraft is not showing up on credit report, which I dont quite understand.I used to be Snow White, but I drifted.Mae West

Checked my credit report again, and Barclaycard is showing as 1 payment late, as opposed to default. Hmmmmm, the mind boggles?????I used to be Snow White, but I drifted.Mae West

Oh poo
Recieved an " in arrears" letter from Barclaycard.
From the gist of it, it appears they have no knowledge of my DRO.
Double checked my DRO, and they are definately listed.
In 2 minds what to do now, do I ring Barclaycard, or wait until Monday and ring the IS???
Really thought at this stage of my DRO, all creditors would be singing from the same hymn sheet now, but it appears not.I used to be Snow White, but I drifted.Mae West

Im going to contact IS on Monday. I was tempted to ring Barclaycard, but thought against it, as I doubt they will take much notice of me.
Hopefully they will listen to IS, even though it appears they have taken no notice of them so far:pI used to be Snow White, but I drifted.Mae West

Once you have a DRO they have no claim - they are just trying it on. Ignore them and enjoy your debt free life xx0
