    Could Halifax people not just LloydsTSB branches without charge?

    I guess its a bit of a moot point in Scotland, as the Bank of Scotland & LTB Scotland branches, would both be free of charge, to each other..

    I'm aware of that, It's not a questions of IT systems, but of charging.

    I know that BOS customers can use Lloyds branches free of charge, I don't see why that wouldn't be the case for Halifax ones.
