why is it that the woman is allways given the highest priorities in most divorce cases.no matter how much the man loves his children the ex just trys to push and push.i nearly paid with the highest price --my life.i know most men just run but for those that stay having to put up with watching another man bringing up your children is a price much higher than the csa could ever try and charge.0

ETA: Someone who does take their own life is seriously sick, they are not thinking rationally, they do not think about what happens after they are gone. Some people just want to end the pain that they are in, to joe public it might seem like petty pain but who are we to sit and judge. Everyone has a limit to what they can take, some people can just solider on and get on with it, sadly for others it's just too much.
As I have said to Blob, we all have our own feelings on what is an emotive subject so therefore everyone's opinion is correct.
I don't need anyone to feel 'sad' for me because I don't agree with their way of thinking.
I respect your viewpoint on it just as I would like to think that you respect mine0 -
LG. Please forgive me here, I did not say you were wrong. I think it is sad that is all.
I am sure that you will find that we agree on some points and dont on others, and long may we be free to do so.0 -
i was on £1300 a month and was giving my ex wife 400 per month out of my wages for 2 kids for the 6 years since we split .she then got a new boyfriend who made her stop my kids staying over (yes he worked for CSA) i then recieved a letter from a lawyer saying i was harassing them (all lies )and that contact would be stopped.I was DISTRESSED to say the least as i was seeing my children every weekend and after school most nights through the week .I had to sell my car and go to court just to get access to my kids once again .she got legal aid but muggins had to pay ..The LOVELY CSA got involved and told me that i would nave to prove i had paid for the last 6 years and also that i would have to prove my kids stay over ...how i asked ? take photos? they ignored my bank statements, ignored the court order and one month they left me with £70 to live on for a month.a error they said .all this because she thought she would get more money out of me ....sad and pathetic
My advice if you are in this mess is simple ..pack your job in as they wont go away ,get rid of all your stuff you dont need ,spend every penny you have on going to court to make sure you see your kids and give them as much pocket money as you can .that way your not getting ripped of by these idiots at the CSA ...and by the way yes i got the boyfriend sacked for interfering in my account ...0 -

if you had read it right you would have noticed that my exes boyfriend who worked for them got them involved by giving her stupid advice to get more money ...i managed to beat them ,and the silly CSA, my kids get £100 of me per month pocket money, they stay with me every 2nd weekend and my ex gets the grand sum of £1.00 per week for both my children and i love it that dads like me can beat greedy exes and the CSA and still manage to go on beautiful holidays with my children.i clothe them ,feed them and worry constantlly about them but absent parents shouldnt give up hope as i have proved that by sticking to their rules then people like me will and can win and still pay for their children by giving the money to who its supposed too ..thanks ..i am looking forward to your next reply :T0

You know something....for some people your advice is spot on....for others it isn't.
I can see the reasoning behind your, albeit harsh, advice0 -

And when you have kids who have 14 have a couple of 100 quid a month to spend (assuming the give as much pocket money as you can is true) then don't blame the PWC is your kid has little incentive to work, budget or refrain from total self indulgence
I can see the reasoning too - if all you are interested in is punishing your ex and not at all interested in what's best for your child.
Some people just hate their exes so much more than they love their children
