Child tax credits are ALWAYS deemed to belong to the NRP whether they are male or female. Working tax credits are either all, half or not taken into account, depending on whether the NRP earns most, the same or less than their partner.

Just a quick update and to annoy DUTR further :p

Letter from CSA Appeals Unit this morning, thank you for your appeal request that we received on xx/xx/xx, appealing against the child support decision notified on xx/xx/xx.

We aim to process your appeal request within 10 weeks.
While a decision is being looked at again, or appealed against, it remains in force. Therefore any current payment arrangements should continue. If necessary, any over/under payments will be adjusted against your accounts once the appeal process is complete.

Zara honey, it does not annoy me, as your case will not affect me.

Unless I'm confused it is more than £5 - I am reading your posts as saying there are only 2 children, 1 with you and 1 he lives with now.

Oh offer DUTR a hug - save him going dutch on the meal.

    Aftenoon :D

 letter in post this morning from Falkirk stating they have looked at my case again and they will not change their decision.

Now i have already submitted an appeal to the appeals unit in Preston and they are waiting for all relevant info from Falkirk to be sent their way, so they are still dealing with my appeal.

The question i want to ask is does the appeal unit only deal with child support side of things or can they get in contact with the benefits agency/Inland revenue also.

Reason i'm asking just been on the phone to the CSA again  and finally the operator understood the concept of fraud but doesn't know how to go about getting anything done and she has advised me to get in touch with the appeals dept and they should be able to tell me the info

    So guys/gals what you think?

I think that meal offer is off (after reading the recent post) :(
Saying that though, their descision was acted upon remarkably quickly, I suspect they are getting a little soft as late :(
