:rotfl: I have been away from the computer I promise, just keep nipping back, supposed to get my teeth cleaned at 3, but if it's not here I'll have to cancel, I can't go out. How late do I leave it to cancel dentist, I think this can be classed as an emergency.

It varies at most dentists but I think cancellations are charged if it's less than 24 hours notice.
