I'm scared now this is the dress I want on Landy

here is what appears to be Light in the Box interpretation of it , I hate it:eek:, now I'm really scared what if my dress ends up like that.
I'm getting my dress made by Milly but this has really made me wobble. I don't like any other dress's

Don't panic - take the second dress put it on the first model with the first lightong and they are probably not that different! I don't thnk the picture for the second is very good to be honest!
A picture does not do a dress justice! My dress seriously is the most amazing dress and even the official picture does not do the dress justice at all!
Don't panic - I'm sure it will all be fine! xFinally decided to start growing up when it comes to money!:j

I think it's the material of the dress too, I'm planning on a lilac rather than pink, I think the material looks a bit cheap in the other 1, think thats convinced me to go with Milly so I can see the pic's as they go,save me passing out when I open the package when it arrives.Don't panic - take the second dress put it on the first model with the first lightong and they are probably not that different! Why not buy it from Landy as it's only 129 euros!

The followings are the very important information of how we will make your replica dress, what materials we will use, and how long each production procedure will take. If you need more information, please feel free to let us know.
Dress pattern and test dress (also called toile)
Making a good quality dress from pictures needs a lot of work including making pattern, making test dress, adjusting test dresses for at least 3 times. For beading work, it is the same, for example, if we find that the beading pattern is not good on the sample dress, then all the beads should be taken off, and then re-do the work. Pattern and test dress work is a very important, because most of the basic elements of your dress are decided at this stage.

If you look on the Landy & Milly sites they have very precise measurement lists to be sent on order, and they will check these if they have any queries.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

You know what, what a crock!! You are sending them £50 to have photo's of your dress in it's construction stage yes? How do you know it's YOUR dress. If this is a replica gown, they will already have a pattern, already found suitable fabrics, already have beading/embroidery templates. Think of the 100's of ladies buying this same style. They'd need a bloody big workforce to spend such an intricate amount of time on one dress. Lip service, that's what this is. Very good lip service as they are wanting to keep you calm and reassured so that is 1 good thing. But, I think £50 to see progress pictures is a con. Don't do it ladies!!
Poppy, if you read the terms and conditions of any internet seller, mine included, the moment you sign up for custom made if there is anything wrong should it be style, colour, size they won't accept a return. They should, however, endeavour to put any dislikes, ill fitting etc right which is what I would always do (thankfully not had any as yet) but basically, custome made, you get stuck with a dress should that be the case.
Violetta. I wouldn't worry hun. What is there not to like about the 2nd dress? The colour seems a bit more "vibrant" but this could be down to the photo. I imagine the 1st is taken from the original designers web site. Did you request a colour swatch? The flowers on the hip look a bit different but that's easily fixed if they aren't what you expected.
Everyone is entitled to a wobbly moment. Don't panic, the dresses are beautiful. (Do you ever look the same in a photo??)0
