success with returning printer. I am quite pleased with myself as i returned my printer for full refund by...
1st i reserved the stock at my local shop to make sure they could not replace it with another
2nd i said that the printer was faulty (which in my opinion it was)
3rd i said that i had given the camera as a christmas present to a relative.
The superviser came and said as they had no stock they`d have to refund...
result £80 back onto my Barclaycard

Did not produce any receipt. Say it was Xmas present. Just got vouchers as the wife bought it using nectar points.
