    Not counting my student loans as they are merrily being deferred until I earn more money in the knowledge that they don't earn me any black marks!

    My loan finishes in January 2007 :j

    I cleared one credit card this week :j

    I have 2 remaining credt cards with £3549.69 together and a £1100 overdraft. My aim for the end of the year is to clear my credit cards and start making a dent in my overdraft. I am paying as much as possible from my pay plus have started selling on ebay.
    Debt on 31/01/2006 = £6345.14
    Total debt today = £5663.50
    Cards = £4206.34
    Overdraft = £1100.00
    Loan = £357.22 (ends January 2007)

    £2 collection club = £10 so far

    I think technically it should be some time next summer but if I get a payrise this year and my grandparents give all us grandkids £1000 again this year (they are siphoning money off after selling their house and both going into sheltered accomodation etc in Denmark, then maybe I can pay it all off a lot sooner... I'd love to be debt free for christmas :) Sadly my OHs debts might take us a little longer ;)

    I am currently waiting for decisions to come through on a couple of things - if they go my way (and there is no reason why they shouldn't, I am just not counting my chickens!) I should be able to clear all of my debt by Christmas this year! :j

    If they don't though, my debt-free date is more likely to be around May 2007. (too scared of jinxing anything to alter the DFD in my sig though :rotfl:)
    Highest Debt (Sept 04) -> £41,300 :(
    Debt Free - August 2006!! :D
