Am currently using Catsan for my two oriental hooligan kittens, and am sick of sweeping it up, it gets everywhere.

Any recommendations for non tracking litter that is preferably sold in huge bags.

Cost isn't a consideration, non tracking and odour absorbing qualities are.

have you got a litter tray with a hood on it? We found that an enclosed tray solved the problem of them scraping litter everywhere.
:Sometime I try to be NORMAL. . . But it gets boring so I go back to being me. . .

I use asda smartprice litter with some bob martin crystals mixed through, it's probably not as odour absorbing as you like and it's quite dusty, but I have never ever seen bits of cat litter throughout the house, and rarely seen them outside of the litterbox in the cat's room.

I have a very similar cat box without the flap bit. I have tried Bob Martins crystals, but it didn't adsorb the odour at all. Its a shame as it was cheap. I picked up 4 bags of Litt last night so will test those out.

    Sorry, NOT Bob Martins.

When we had three kittens last year I tried loads of different litters - the silica/crystals, the clumping, the news paper, the corn-based, Tesco value etc etc and I am afraid we kept going back to Catsan because it's the best one for absorbing smells, even though it does track badly

I have best results with Oko Plus Cats Best litter and a trapper mat like these

Not 100% but a great improvement on everything else I've tried
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D
