Return a laptop under SoG if i've changed the software

hello all,
was getting worried but Laptops direct rang yesterday, confirmed that they had made a mistake and sent out the wrong specced laptop and because the 8920 has been discontinued they'd replace it with an 8930 (which has the proper screen, 4 gig of ram and an updated processor) and waive the 100quid odd difference

not a word was said about not having the laptop returned to it's factory settings

Thanks for all your help. I've read a lot about laptops direct being a nightmare but i must say (apart from their initial mistake) it's been a breeze
