Hi Witty, Thanks for asking :D he is back to his usual self now. Apart from his cut. He spent all night on my bed and ate another bowl of cat food in the night. This morning he really wanted to go out. So we chanced it and he came back right as rain. Took him to the vet but they wont put a stich in the cut as its clean and healing. We are due there in around a weeks time anyways for his booster so they will look at it again then. Thomas is now strecthed out on my bed snoring

Thanks for all your support and wishes last night :A

Hello Sammy please could you tell me a little more info on the Capital one offer you are taliking about?
I have currently reached over my limit for a while now on my Cap one card. I cannot seem to pay it off but the charges are going up and up - nearly as much as the credit limit itself !!!!
Can i ask for a reduction ? and would i have to pay it all off in one go?how much should i ask for ?
Im currently out of work at the moment and struggling to find a job so with this bill getting more and more by the month im really starting to panic now!!

You need to look at doing a DMP by the sounds of it. basically me and OH ended up out of work at the same time and we had no money so we offered creditors £1 per month. Capital one were one of the good guys. I claimed back all charges first then they accepted my £1 payment and stopped the interest and charges for six months. Unfortunately when I actually got a job and could afford to pay them life got in the way and I forgot to pay them. so they passed it on to Frederickson the debt collectors....I owed £700 and have been paying them back at £35 per month (no interest) I now owe £379 and they have said I can pay £268 and they will write the rest off.

Basically you have to fall behind before they will accept a full and final settlement. Why don't you do a dmp and tell them you are in a dmp and will they stop the charges etc...

    afternoon all.

Very quiet again today, although I'm going to be logging on to AQA in a minute - I need to do mega hours this month to make up for no teaching.

Jobs day so will be looking around to see if there is anything to apply for.
